Dollz Beauty Oasis
Brow & Lash Service Policy
A few important guidelines to know before your visit, so we can give you the best possible experience.
- Appointments are available by booking only and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- A non-refundable deposit of ₦10,000 is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your total service cost.
- We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.
- In the event of a no-show, your booking fee will be forfeited and you'll need to pay another deposit before being allowed to reschedule.
- Please ensure you are always on time for your appointment.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later, your appointment will be considered a cancellation. You're allowed to reschedule once in such an occurrence.
- Please plan accordingly, as lash extension appointments take between 2–4 hours, depending on the style, length, and volume.
- Please arrive with clean skin and lashes (no makeup, oils, or creams).
- No extra guests, including children, unless there's a minder to look after them.
- For brow clients: please do not exfoliate or scrub your brows for at least 3 days before your appointment.
